Alice is an experienced Digital and Brand Management Innovator, with a demonstrated history of working in both B2B and B2C area, with an extensive regional and global exposure. She has worked on both consultancy and client side in the past 18 years. Her expertise lies on retail, wholesales, luxury, and finance. She specializes in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce set-up, Consumer Insight Transformation, Brand & Marketing Strategy Development. Alice is also a practiced Design Thinking facilitator and had helped various brands on brand and product innovation. She is also a lecturer in The Chinese University of Hong Kong for 10 years on “branding” class.
