Queenie Lam has over 18 years of experience in marketing and marketing communications. Having the passion and interests to build things from scratch, she has initiated and managed a few loyalty solutions for financial & insurance companies. Areas of expertise include CRM & loyalty marketing, brand & digital marketing, content marketing and marketing communications.
She is currently at FWD Life Insurance as Head of Customer Marketing, focusing on CRM and the Loyalty Platform FWD MAX which include Member Acquisition, Usage, Retention, Communications and Data Analytics & Insights. Prior to FWD, Queenie was the Senior Vice President of DBS Bank where she was responsible for credit card product marketing.
