Being a veteran in Digital and CRM, Alice is holding over 20 years of experience in customer-centric marketing management specializing in Loyalty Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital and e-Commerce, Official Website Development, Performance Marketing and China Social like WeChat Commerce. Alice had been in the leadership role for renowned companies like Estee Lauder Companies, DFS Group, CITIC Bank and PCCW, etc.
Currently as Group Head of Digital Marketing for Wharf Hotels managing Niccolo, Marco Polo and Maqo Hotels portfolio, Alice is spearheading the group’s digital transformation to fuel the Omni-channel and eCommerce developments for the luxury segments in hospitality. She has also carried similar Group Level Capacity in leading Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement for Langham Hospitality Group and Sino Hotels globally.

Chang Qing Huang

• 20+ years FMCG, Finance, Tourism marketing and communications experience in China, UK and North America. Drive brand development in world-leading companies like P&G, Coca-Cola, Tourism Australia, HSBC and AXA.

• Launched the first P&G oriental hair care brand, contributed global hair care strategy. Launched series of brands in HSBC, including Jade, SME brand Fusion and Lion Credit Card. Launched award winning AXA “Confident Family” brand holistic campaign, leading ESG development in AXA.

Deep Yim

Deep Yim is an experienced brand and business leader who has worked in the consumer goods and retail industry across Greater China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Marketing Communication & direct to consumer eBusiness Lead at Nestle Hong Kong, and in the past, he has successfully led brand director roles at P&G and Amorepacific. Deep possesses a strong passion and skillset for building brands and businesses, driving digital and media transformation, as well as fostering product and Go-to-market innovation.

Gary Chi

Gary is a seasoned marketing business leader in Taiwan, known for his strategic business development and strong leadership. Having previously served as CEO of McCann Worldgroup Taiwan, Gary joined Isobar and Dentsu Taiwan group in 2018 to lead and drive the transformation and growth of Isobar and Dentsu Creative. An enthusiast in the Marketing community, Gary also serves as the Chair of IAA (International Advertising Association) Taipei Chapter, and has been actively participating in many award judging including Taipei 4A Creative Award, Effie Greater China, and Effie APAC.

Jennifer Lin

Jennifer is a FMCG marketing professional with extensive experience in brand building, marketing communications and product development. She is currently the Associate Marketing Director of Kimberly-Clark Hong Kong, leading the overall brand strategy of all KCHK brands, including but not limited to Kotex, Andrex, Scott and Huggies.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Jennifer held various marketing positions at different multinational FMCG companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Wrigley Hong Kong. Over the years, Jennifer has led her team on various award-winning campaigns in branding and product launches. As a passionate marketer, Jennifer is an active participant in mentorship programmes to develop young talent for the industry.

Jesse Liu

Currently, he is the Head of Marketing for NetApp’s APAC & Japan. He is mainly responsible for formulating the company’s marketing strategy for the Asia-Pacific region, building and managing the marketing plan and supervising the execution of the Asia-Pacific region as the trust advisor of APAC business. Prior to that, he served as the marketing director of NetApp in Greater China, and also worked as management roles for famous multinational companies such as EMC and IBM. After 25 years, he has rich experience in multinational diversified brand management and marketing management. He studied at the National School of Development at Peking University and received an Executive MBA degree. He also received a professional certificate in digital marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In addition, he also won the title of “2023 China Communication Person of the Year”.

Jordan Cheung

Jordan Cheung is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Hang Seng Bank. He is now leading the full spectrum of marketing functions including Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Insights & Research at the Bank.

Jordan is a seasoned strategic marketing and digital transformation leader with nearly 20 years of in-house and agency experience gained from diverse industries including insurance, airline, hospitality, and retail, in both local and regional markets.

Joslyn Wu

Joslyn Wu, Senior Brand Director of The North Face, VFC. She is responsible for the development of brand and marketing strategies as well as the execution of marketing campaigns for The North Face in Asia Pacific region.
Prior to VF, Joslyn worked as Brand Director of AB Inbev, where she was responsible for the marketing management of Budweiser, Hoegaarden, Harbin beer and several other brands, and served in multiple positions in both China and GHQ, where she gained extensive knowledge of consumer insight, brand communication strategies as well as marketing integration of global brands in multiple regions including China.

Karin Jiang

Accumulated over 18-year experience of FMCG, F&B and QSR industry, including marketing strategy, brand proposition, new product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, membership and trade marketing etc. Have clear logic, open-minded, high IQ & EQ, plus over 12-year experience of leadership, have good co-work with cross functional teams and external agencies!

Leo Lau

Leo started his career in web development at the beginning of the Internet era and transitioned into digital marketing and digital analytics, with over 20 years of experience in the APAC insurance industry and digital at the regional level. He is now the Director, MarTech Lead Asia of Manulife and looks after MarTech to support customer acquisition, engagement, and services over multiple digital touchpoints. Leo is also the Adobe Analytics Champion, Adobe Community Advisor, occasion conference speaker, and blogger to provide help and support to the analytics community and ideas in cutting through the ever-changing digital landscape.
