China's luxury jewelry market for the first time contracted 10% – 15% in Y22 due to COVID-19, slowing economy & drop in consumer's desire to purchase expensive products. Our task is to recommend an effective digital performance plan to drive conversion for Longines during D11. We invested in data modelling, maximizing the effectiveness & ROI via comprehensive data analytics from 1st party & 3rd party data. The applications & insights underpinned a smarter media choices & developed plan for better targeting & conversion. This resulted the significant improvement on ROI (+871%), new customer recruitment (95%), higher transaction price (+11%) and strong media performance.
